Highland Defensive Driving School has been successfully serving Cornwall, Lancaster, Alexandria and Glengarry area for the past 20 years.
We are proud of our record as an MTO approved drivers education program and are confident that we provide courses and services that are of superior quality.
Our main goal is to teach our students the following techniques: Defensive Driving, Collision Avoidance, Dealing with Emergency Situations, Road Rage and Anger Management.

Our goal is not only to teach people how to safely operate a motor vehicle, but also to give our students the best possible training for becoming smart and skilful drivers.

Ministry Approved (MTO) Beginner Driver Education Course (BDE)
Upon successful completion of the Driver Education Course, this MTO certification allows you to go for your G2 Road Test 8 months from when your G1 was issued rather than waiting the standard 12 months.
The MTO certification may also allow you to receive a discount on your insurance which varies from company to company.
Our in-class driver’s education training is held in Cornwall at the Best Western Parkway Inn & Conference Centre. But our driving school provides lessons for drivers across the regions, including Alexandria, Cornwall, and Lancaster areas.
